Danish Food Festival (18-21st July 2013), Palais Hansen Kempinski Vienna
In honour of the 200th anniversary of the star architect Theophil Edvard von Hansen who contributed to the elegant look of Austrian capital in the 19th century (the building of the Arsenal – nowadays Military history museum, Greek-Orthodox Church on Fleischmarkt, Rotschild city mansion on Renngasse 3, the house on Riemergasse 2, the apartment building on Rechte Wienzeile, National Hotel on Taborstrasse and the Gustav Adolf Church on Gumpendorferstrasse), the Hotel Palais Hansen Kempinski Vienna will be hosting a Danish Food Festival for one week to celebrate this special occasion.
Delight in the secrets of the Scandinavian gourmets, and enjoy extraordinary dishes (3- or 4-course meals, exclusive Austrian wines included) created by the Kempinski Executive Chef Philipp Vogel and a Chef from Denmark, who will prepare innovative compositions with delicacies such as cloudberries, musk ox and reindeer.
